Q2: What measures do you take to ensure your clients receive top-quality products?
We consider quality as precious as life itself! Our rigorous QC system ensures proper manufacturing processes. For instance, we inspect the welding strength of each segment before packing, and subject our machines to a stringent 48-hour no-load running test prior to dispatch.
Q3: How do you maintain consistent quality?
We establish a bond file for each client, meticulously documenting every order placed. We never alter the bond for clients' orders unless expressly requested or if there is a new technological advancement.
Q4: What value-added services do you offer?
We accommodate ODM & OEM orders, allowing customization of your company's logo on the product. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is approximately 20 units.
Q5: What payment terms does your company accept?
1. 30% TT as a deposit, with the balance due before shipment. 2. LC at sight or within 90 days is also acceptable. 3. Trade assurance, PayPal, and Western Union are additionally accepted.
