Q3: How do you maintain consistent quality?
We establish a detailed bond file for each client, meticulously recording every order placed. We never alter the bond for clients' orders unless expressly requested or if new technological advancements arise.
Q4: What value-added services do you offer?
We accommodate both ODM and OEM orders, allowing customization of your company's logo on the product. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is approximately 20 units.
Q5: What payment terms does your company accept?
1. 30% TT as a deposit, with the balance due before shipment. 2. LC at sight or within 90 days is also acceptable. 3. Trade assurance, PayPal, and Western Union are also gladly accepted.
