We meticulously maintain a bond file for each client, documenting every order they place. We never alter the client's order specifications unless specifically requested by them or necessitated by the introduction of new technology.
Q4: What value-added services can you provide?
We welcome ODM & OEM orders. We can customize your company's logo and branding on the product. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is approximately 20 pieces.
Q5: What payment terms does your company accept?
1. 30% TT as a deposit, with the balance paid before shipping. 2. LC at sight or 90 days is also acceptable. 3. Trade assurance, PayPal, and Western Union are acceptable payment methods.
