We are a professional manufacturer.Currently, the Grizzly production base boasts an independent production facility capable of producing 15,000 small loaders annually.
Q2: What measures do you take to ensure your clients receive top-quality products?
We regard quality as precious as life itself! Our stringent QC system ensures impeccable manufacturing processes. For instance, we inspect the welding strength of each segment before packing, and our machines undergo a rigorous 48-hour no-load running test prior to dispatch.
Q3: How do you maintain consistent quality?
We establish a detailed bond file for each client, meticulously recording every order placed. We never alter the bond for clients' orders unless expressly requested or if a new technological advancement arises.
Q4: What value-added services do you offer?
We accommodate both ODM & OEM orders, allowing customization of your company's logo on the product. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is approximately 20 units.
Q5: What payment terms does your company accept?
1. 30% TT as a deposit, with the balance due before shipment. 2. LC at sight or within 90 days is also acceptable. 3. We also accept Trade Assurance, PayPal, and Western Union.
